Guest Illustrations packages start at $1,600, minimum of 3 hours required to book.

I require a 25% deposit to secure your date, which can be paid by credit card through invoice, check, or cash (venmo/zelle/etc.) to reserve your date. The remaining balance can be paid over multiple payments or all at once, the last payment being due 2 weeks before the wedding date.

It takes about 2-3 minutes to paint one person solo, and about 4-5 minutes to paint two people together. So about 15-20 portraits per hour! I always like to remind clients that while most guests will be super excited to have their portrait done, not all of them will want one or in some cases some guests may not even see the booth.

I will arrive 30 minutes before my scheduled “start time” to quickly set up and to get a head start on taking photos of guests. This allows me to start painting as soon as the start time begins. Then after that, if guests would like to they can still come up to the table to have their photo taken by my assistant and their photo will go in my painting queue.

This is common! As the night is ending guests who may not have seen the table at the beginning of the night will ask for one. I still take their photo and also ask for their name and mailing address! All photos that are not painted will be completed in my studio that following Monday and will be mailed straight to the guest!
